This amendment is raised to extend the bid closing date until
June 06, 2012, to replace Annex A - Statement of Work for Espar
Heaters, to insert the clauses for the Controlled Good Program
in the RFP and provide additional information for document
A-LM-184-001.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for Repair
and Overhaul (R&O), modification, testing, calibration and
reduction to spares of Canadian Forces Standard Military Pattern
(SMP) ESPAR and HUNTER Heaters. DND will be responsible for the
transportation of the equipment to be modified, tested,
calibrated and reduced to spares to the Contractor's facility.

The work under this requirement will be carried out during the
period of three (3) firm years from date of contract award, with
an option to extend the contract by two (2) additional periods
of one (1) year each under the same terms and conditions.

The work under this requirement will be completed on an "as and
when required basis".

Up to two (2) contracts may be awarded.

Debriefings:
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
