Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria - Equivalent and Substitute Products Bidders proposing an Equivalent or a Substitute Product must indicate the brand name and model and/or Part Number and the NSCM/CAGE they are offering. Financial Evaluation Mandatory Financial Evaluation Criteria The price of the bid must be in Canadian dollars, Delivered Duty Paid at destination, Incoterms 2000, Canadian Custom Duties and Excise Taxes included where applicable and Applicable Taxes extra. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
