    This requirement is to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the purchase and installation of Detector Dog Vehicle Inserts (DDVI) and lockable secure storage units in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work.
    
    This requirement will be for an initial period of one (1) year from the effective date of the NMSO with an option to extend the offer for two (2) options of one (1) year each under the same terms and conditions.
    
    Debriefings
    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
