    The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase up to twelve (12) Aircraft De-Icer/Anti-Icer and ancillary items, including training, in accordance with Purchase Description Aircraft De-Icer/Anti-Icer 8,000L, dated 2019-04-18, within the maximum funding identified in the RFP to be delivered to various locations.
    
    
    Debriefings
    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
