The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Closing Date.


SPMD is looking to upgrade the system to meet new technology and new Government of Canada (GoC) strategies. Stakeholders and SPMD users are faced with technological challenges and business and system efficiency degradation. To ensure SPMD is able to continue to deliver on its mandates, this aging IT system must be replaced in the near future.
 
The Seized Property Management Directorate (SPMD) is looking to engage with the industry through this Request for Information (RFI) to seek input from the private sector for a replacement solution to the current Seized Property Management Information System (SPMIS) application. 

A list of specific questions to be answered by respondents is included in ANNEX A.  Additionally, SPMD may request a demonstration of any proposed technical solutions.


The Government of Canada does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or otherwise pay for the information solicited.
