Title:  Miscellaneous Groceries

Requirement:  To establish one (1) Regional Individual Standing
Offer (RISO) for Correctional Services of Canada, Kingston,
Ontario Institutions located in Kingston and Campbellford,
Ontario and one (1) Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO)
for Correctional Services of Canada Beaver Creek and Fenbrook
Institutions, located in Gravenhurst, Ontario. This requirement
is for the provision of miscellaneous grocery items including,
but not limited to: cereal, frozen, canned, coffee and cheese on
an "as and when" requested basis.

Period of Standing Offer:  01 July 2013 to 31 December 2013.

Trade Agreements:  The requirement is subject to the provisions
of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government
Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA), Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (Canada-Peru FTA),
Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (Canada-Chile FTA), and
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
