    Description of the Requirement:
    
    The Department of National Defence (DND) requires a Contractor to provide instructional services to CH147F Pilots, Flight Engineers (Flt Engr) and Load Master (LM) for the Operational Training Flight at 450 Tactical Helicopter Squadron (THS) in support of aircrew Force Generation (FG) requirements.  Services include the entire scope of training including initial, continuation and specialized training programs through the use of the simulator, and ground school. Training will take place at 450 (THS), located Canadian Forces Base Petawawa, Ontario
    
    Pilot Instructor Services:  Work is to be performed during the period of 10 January 2022 to 31 March 2022 and includes the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional six (6) month periods.
    
    Combination Instructor Flight Engineer and Instructor Load Master Services:  Work is to be performed during the period of 10 January 2022 to 31 March 2022 and includes the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional six (6) month periods.

    The Learning Services (LS) Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply is a result of a formal competitive process which was established as a result of extensive consultations with industry. The Method of Supply provides suppliers with an on-going opportunity to become prequalified for participation in future bidding opportunities.
