DND has a requirement for portable, ruggedized ECUs for the heating and cooling of deployable shelters. The ECUs will provide reliable climate control for said shelters wherever they may be deployed in the world, from the coldest to the hottest climates.

This RFP requires bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 of the RFP entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFP entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
