In support of the Power Pilot Scholarship (PPS) Program for Cadets and Staff, the Department of National Defence (DND) 8 Wing Trenton Ontario, has a requirement for the provisions of accommodations and rations within twenty-five (25) minutes’ drive of the following flight centres:

Durham Flight Centre, Oshawa ON  Accommodations & Rations required for 24 Cadets 
1190 Keith Ross Crt.   and 4 Supervising Officers

Waterloo-Wellington Flight Centre,   Accommodations & Rations required for 24 Cadets Breslau ON 4881 Fountain St., Unit 3  and 4 Supervising Officers

Diamond Flight Centre, London ON  Accommodations & Rations required for 12 Cadets 2530 Blair Blvd.    and 2 Supervising Officers

JourneyAir Ltd., Windsor ON 2800  Accommodations & Rations required for 8 Cadets 
Hayes Rd., Windsor Airport   and 2 Supervising Officers

The Work to be performed is detailed under Annex A of the resulting contract clauses.

1.1.1  Bidders may submit bids for one (1) or more locations listed in Annex “B” Basis of Payment.  If Bidder’s are bidding on more than one (1) location, a separate proposal must be submitted for each.
