Title:				Skim Milk Powder

The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for
the supply and delivery of blended skim milk powder on an "as
and when requested" basis to sites across Canada. The sites are
listed in Annex "C" - Sites of Supply and Service. Please see
Annex "A" - Requirement for further details. 

It is the intention of the Crown to issue one (1) Standing Offer
for each of the following Regions: Atlantic Region, Quebec
Region, Ontario Region, Prairies Region, and Pacific Region.
Should one Offeror provide the lowest evaluated price for
multiple Regions, PWGSC will issue one (1) Standing Offer
including all applicable Regions.

The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer is
from 2015-02-01 to 2016-01-31 inclusive. 

Offerors must submit a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
