Title: Training Analytics Solution Services

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for one (1) Task Authorization Contract for the provision of professional services to design, develop, and continuously improve an individual training analytics solution. Specific details of the Work will be communicated in subsequent Task Authorizations (TAs).  Activities will be conducted on an "as and when requested" basis.

The term of the contract will be from date of contract award until one year later, with the irrevocable option to extend the contract by two (2) additional one-year periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The Federal Contractors Program (FCP) for employment equity applies to this procurement; refer to Part 5 - Certifications and Additional Information, Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses and the    annex titled Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity - Certification.

This bid solicitation requires bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically.  Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Contractor must obtain from its employee(s) or subcontractor(s) the completed and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement attached at Annex F and provide it to the DND Procurement Authority before they are given access to information by or on behalf of Canada in connection with the Work.
