    Cook Chill Equipment Supply and Associated Services
    
    The intent of this information is to provide advance notice of
    an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP).  It is anticipated the
    RFP will be posted in June 2013 with a tendering period of 40
    calendar days. 
    
    Correctional Service Canada is redeveloping the Bath Institution
    Kitchen to operate as a Central Cook Chill Facility focusing on
    the cooking of Kettle cooked and sous-vide produced products and
    shipped in bulk to its institutions in the Ontario Region.
    
    This is the first of 5 locations across the country and cook
    chill equipment identified in this Statement of Work will apply
    for all sites although the projects are with a 24 month period
    from each other.
    
    In order to ensure interoperability and standards across
    reorganization, all equipment for each project will be identical
    and the successful bidder will have responsibility to supply and
    install the equipment in all projects as when they are called up.
    
    This Statement of Work will include goods and services and will
    be broken down in milestones for delivery of goods and services.
    
    Goods:
    Goods include 100 gal Cook Chill kettles, Utility Raceways, 100
    gal Chill tanks, 600lbs capacity Cook Chill tanks, Control
    panels and software, mobile pump stations, mobile vacuum
    clippers, air compressors, Refrigeration systems to support the
    chilling functions of equipment. 
    
    Services:
    Services will be broken down in tasks and include all components
    of work required to identify the positioning of the equipment,
    installation services, 
    
    Primary delivery for goods and services is for the project in
    Bath Ontario. The other projects will be in a paralleled or
    serial flow depending on the construction and project schedule
    of the sites

    All other orders and services will be called up against the
    contract with delivery of goods and services being scheduled up
    to 6-12 months in advance of the ordering of goods and services.
