Nature of Requirements: 
Department of National Defense (DND), 1 Engineer Support Unit (1
ESU), Kingston, Ontario, requires training, in English, for
contract specification writing and comprehension delivered to
approximately 40 participants.

The course must be 5 days in duration and take place in a
classroom provided by DND. 
  
Training must be delivered between the hours of 0730 and 1530
hours daily (7:30am to 3:30 pm). A lunch break is to be
incorporated into the training schedule (minimum duration of 30
mins, maximum duration of 60 mins). 

Training must be delivered within either tentative course dates
of 28th September to 2nd October, 2015 OR 19th October to 23rd
October, 2015.  DND will confirm the timeframe within a minimum
of 30 days prior to the course start date.  

Web based instruction is not acceptable.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
