There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer. Summary

The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) is mandated to provide Psychological Risk/Need
Assessment of offenders for the National Parole Board (NPB) and CSC, regarding criminogenic
needs for penitentiary placement, program assignment, the risk of offender recidivism.

CSC in Kingston Area has a requirement for Psychologists to provide Risk/Need Assessments on an as and when requested basis.

Period of Standing Offer: from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2020.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The requirement is limited to Canadian services.
