Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier "2" (=>$2M) Stream for Business Services Class.

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified in the region of Ontario under the categories for:

B.9 Courseware Developer, Level 2

Description of the Requirement:

DND Directorate Land Command Systems Program Management (DLCSPM) has a requirement for the services of three (3) level 2 Courseware Developers in support of the Land Command Support
System (LCSS).

Proposed Period of Contract:

The proposed period of the resulting contract will be for three years from the date of the contract with the irrevocable option to extend the contract period by up to two (2) additional one (1) year period. Anticipated start date of 1 January 2019.


Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #20 applies

(1) The Bidder: Facility Security Clearance level SECRET
(2) Resources: Secret
(3) The requirement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program.

Basis of Selection:

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
