Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: W3027-185026/A Rider, Kim (Buyer Telephone No. - (613) 545-8739 Fax No. - (613) 545-8067 Catering Services The Department of National Defence (DND), 31 Canadian Brigade Group (31 CBG) require Food Catering Services for Exercise Arrowhead Storm from 24 Aug to 1 Sept 17 located at Camp Grayling MI. 49739-0001. The work to be performed is detailed under Annex A of the resulting contract clauses. The Contractor is responsible to provide all equipment deemed necessary to fulfill the scope of work. The Contractor may not use DND kitchens, serveries, or other kitchen or serving equipment for preparing or cooking, but may be served in the dining area. The contractor will supply all required dishes and utensils for all meals. The Contractor must at a minimum feed up to 70 people per meal with a peak service up to 650 per meal. Numbers to be confirmed within two weeks prior to commencement of training. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
