To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of Meat, Fish & Poultry on an 'as and when requested' basis for the Correctional Service Canada, for Ontario Region Institutions.

The Period of Standing Offer has been divided into the following four periods:

PERIOD A: April 1, 2018 to June 30, 2018 (closing March 21, 2018)
PERIOD B: July 1, 2018 to September 30, 2018 (closing June 19, 2018)
PERIOD C: October 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 (closing September 19, 2018)
PERIOD D: January 1, 2019 to March 31, 2019 (closing December 19, 2018)

Debriefings: Bidders mayrequest a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, bytelephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
