Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: If 2+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Pest Control Services - Kingston W6837-184718/A Littlefield, Mike Telephone No. - (613) 545-8058 ( ) Fax No. - (613) 545-8067 ( ) To provide all labour, materials, equipment and transportation required to carry out Pest Control Services, in various areas of CFB Kingston, including Royal Military College, Fort Frontenac, Kingston Armoury, and Brockville Armoury. Pests included under this Work are but not limited to bees, wasps, hornets, spiders, mice, rats, bed bugs, birds and raccoons. The period of the Standing Offer will be from 1-April-2020 to 31-March-2023 with one additional option year period. Only one (1) Standing Offer will be issued. There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer. For additional information, see Part 6 - Security, Financial and Insurance Requirements, and Part 7 - Standing Offer and Resulting Contract Clauses. The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and services. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). IMPORTANT: This tender is part of Public Works and Government Services Canada’s initiative to submit bid submission files electronically using epost Connect.
