Title: Autoclave Steam Sterilizer

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, has a requirement for the purchase of one (1) Autoclave Steam Sterilizer to be used for the sterilization of assorted materials located within the research facility including but not limited to, scientific instruments/glassware, media, liquids, vegetative material, soil and biological waste.

Delivery, installation and on-site training must be completed on or before 31 March 2021. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This bid solicitation requires bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically.  Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
