Nature of Requirements: 

The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires the provision of services in the Greater San Diego, CA, USA, for rental vehicles. 

These services are required when the CAF deploys to Camp Pendleton, CA USA, for the period of 25 June to 10 August 2016 to participate in the Rim of the Pacific Exercise (RIMPAC) 2016.

The CAF will require Minivans (7 passenger capability), Cargo Panel Vans, Mid-Sized Cars (minimum of 5 passenger capability), and 4x4 crew cab pickup trucks (5 passenger capacity).

Statement of Work is detailed at Annex A.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
