Amendment 002 is raised to provide additional information on the basis of selection: Availability of single occupancy guest rooms for 25 DND personnel between 25 June 2017 to 8 July 2017 (13 nights) and 8 DND personnel between 19 June 2017 to 24 June 2017 (5 nights) will take precedence over the cost. If two responsive bidders offer the same number of single occupancy rooms, the bidder offering the lowest « total estimated value” (as proposed in Annex B) will be recommended for award of a contract. “

Amendment 1 is raised to add 8 guest rooms in single occupancy from 19 June 2017 to 24 June 2017 under the same terms and conditions. Annex B - Basis of Payment has been modified to reflect this change.

Canada does not use third parties to conductprocurements. Please submit your bids as instructed in the Request for Proposal.

The Department of National Defense (DND) of Canada will be conducting Dynamic Mongoose in Keflavik, Iceland between 25 June and 8 July 2017 inclusively. 

The Contractor will provide accommodation services in single and double occupancy to DND personnel from 25 June to 8 July 2017 inclusively.
