Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: LEASE OF AIRCRAFTS W8485-20SC07/A Jiang, Kevin Telephone No. - (343) 550-1630 Requirement: The Department of National Defence (DND) needs to lease two (2) aircrafts, for use at 8 Wing Trenton in support of light transportation and for continuation of pilot proficiency missions. The two aircraft supplied by the contractor will be civilian registered with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA), but flown by Military Pilots. The contractor will provide all maintenance function and comply with maintaining TCCA registration of two twin-engine aircraft. The aircraft crewed by Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) personnel will be utilized in the training and light transport role under the control of the 1 Canadian Air Division (1 CAD) Headquarters. Security Requirements: There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
