This PSPC provides procurement services to the public in both official languages of Canada.

Requesting a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) for the supply and delivery of Fresh Bread and Rolls & other bakery products to Department of National Defense (DND) at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown located in Oromocto, New Brunswick E2V 4J5 and to Correctional Service Canada’s (CSC) Institutions located in Renous E9E 2E1  & Dorchester E4K 2Y9 in New Brunswick and in Springhill B0M 1X0 and Truro B2N 6R8 in Nova Scotia on an "as and when" requested basis for the period from 01 June, 2019 to 31 May, 2020 inclusive.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:

Annexes B.1 & B.2 - Basis of Payment - List of Products for DND & CSC

Pricing:  Suppliers must provide a price for each and every item and be able to supply all items as described in both Annexes B.1 and B.2. 

Estimated quantities are for a one (1) year period.

The supplier MUST be compliant with the Requirement at Annex A, the List of Products at Annexes B.1 and B.2 and Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer. 

BASIS OF EVALUATION:

Only one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to lowest aggregate bid, total extended cost of all items at both Annex B.1 and B.2, meeting ALL mandatory requirements.

NOTE:  Suppliers intending to submit tenders on this requirement should obtain tender documents through Buy and Sell, the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS.
