Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Cable Services W0501-190138/A Savoie (MCT), Ginette Telephone No. - (506) 381-2680 Fax No. - (506) 851-6759 The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the establishment of a contract for the provision of hotel like accommodations to visiting students and other occupants of Base Accommodation’s facilities.Service provider is to provide Cable Television Services on a bulk-billing basis to 5 Canadian Division Support Base (5 CDSB) located at CFB Gagetown.Supplier is to provide Cable Television Services, to include a minimum of Basic (which MUST include at a minimum 25 of the 55 listed channels attached as Appendix 2), to 988 suites for 5 CDSB at CFB Gagetown, Oromocto. The included buildings are listed in paragraph two above and the specific suites are listed in Appendix 1. The work to be performed is detailed in Annex A. There is a security requirement associated with this request. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Firms intending to submit tenders on for this contract should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS. New measures related to Integrity Provisions are included in the solicitation documents requires attention. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public Works and Government Services and may be viewed at buyandsell.gc.ca. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
