Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: HYDRAULIC / PNEUMATIC STANDING OFFER F3065-13N135/A Burns, Robert Telephone No. - (819) 956-1199 Fax No. - (819) 956-0897 Description: Two Standing Offers, one for Montreal and the other for Quebec city, will be used to provide repair services and spare parts for the hydraulic and pneumatic power systems on all vessels in the Fisheries and Oceans - Canadian Coast Guard, Central and Arctic Region, St. Lawrence sector. The term for this requirement is for a one year period from the date of the Standing Offer with two options of one year each. The trade agreements do not apply to this procurement except for the Agreement on Internal Trade, therefore this requirement is limited to Canadian services. Only Bids from the Montreal and the Levis - Quebec city regions will be considered for this requirement. Mandatory Technical Requirements: 1. Have been providing marine hydraulic and pneumatic repair services for at least five years. 2. Have a minimum of 5 hydraulic / pneumatic technician employees that each have a least two years of experience with this type of work. 3. Have a minimum of 2 mobile service units containing hose press, compressor, welding machine, bundle of hoses and fittings, as well as a full set of diagnostic equipment for hydraulic problem analysis. 4. Have a minimum 75 hp hydraulic test bench for hydraulic valves and motors. (Capacity of 3000 psi.) 5. Have a minimum 150 hp hydraulic test bench for pumps which provides an electronic report on the pump's performance. (Capacity of 5000 psi depending on the GPM pump test and respecting the power of the test bench). 6. Have a minimum 15 hp hydraulic ram test bench. (Capacity of 3000 psi.) Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
