BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. Bids must be submitted by fax to the number indicated in the bid solicitation or electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows bidders to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation. For more information, please consult the following https: //buyandsell.gc.ca/contract-modernization-initiative *** WALK-THROUGH METAL DETECTOR: The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is looking to purchase a two (2) walk-through metal detectors at the Laval Immigration Holding Centre (IHC). All the technical specifications are detailed in the Request for proposal (RFP). *** Delivery date: as soon as possible. Delivery location: Laval, QC, Canada. Quantity: 2 *** The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on mandatory technical AND financial criteria specified in this RFP. *** All inquiries and other communication regarding this RFP must be sent in writing to contact person named on this page. *** Debriefing: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. *** PWGSC provides procurement services to the public in both official languages.
