Correctional Service of Canada (CSC), CORCAN Quebec Region, has a sourcing requirement in the hygiene and sanitation category for laundry chemical products for its facilities at the Archambault Institution (Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines) and the Centre de tri (Laval).

One standing offer will be issued, according to responsive offers with the lowest total price.

The resulting standing offer will be valid for a the firn period and four (4) additional optional years.

For this RISO offerors must use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RISO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RISO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.


Security:
There are no security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.

The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on mandatory technical criteria and financial evaluation criteria.
