Acquisition and installation of shelves

                        THERE WILL BE AN OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

Requestfor proposal for the acquisition and installation of shelves, and drawer partitions for fifteen (15) new vehicle types "Econoline" as described in Schedule "A".

This requirement is for the benefit of the Support Group of the 2nd Division - Longue-Pointe Garrison of the Ministry of National Defence of Canada in Montreal, QC.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
A site visit will take place on September 8, 2016 at 10:00 am, at the Longue Pointe Garrison, 2nd Division, located at 6560, rue Hochelaga, Montreal, Quebec, H1N 1X9. No other opportunity to visit the vans will be offered to bidders who, for whatever reason, can not make the visit to the schedule date and time. In regards to the visit by the bidders, everyone must first undergo a security check. Tenderersmust confirm their attendance Marc Joseph (marc.joseph@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca) and Cc. Ms. Nathalia Juhasz (natalia.juhasz@forces.gc.ca) two (2) days before the visit and have in their possession a valid photo ID on the day of the visit.

The evaluation ofthe contractor's bid will be carried out according to the mandatory criteria, technical criteria and a financial assessment.

This requirement must be completed on or before December 30, 2016 from issuance date.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). 

The Crown retains the right to negotiate the terms of any contract with suppliers.

Documents can be submitted in either of Canada's official languages. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference in the tender documents and contract documents, and form an integral part .
