Request for proposal for the acquisition of an In circuit automated Flying probe tester for the benefit of the Department of National Defence Canada (DND) for the Quebec region as described in Annex A.

The system will be delivered and installed at the 202 Workshop Depot located at 6769 Notre Dame East Bat. 11 - Branch K CP 4000 - Montreal, Qc H1N 2E9

The evaluation of the contractor's bid will be made based on mandatory criteria, technical criteria and a financial assessment.

This requirement must be completed on or before April, 20th, 2018 from issuance date.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canadian free trade Agreement (CFTA). 

The Crown retains the right to negotiate the terms of any contract with suppliers.

Documents can be submitted in either of Canada's official languages. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference in the tender documents and contract documents, and form an integral part.
