    **********************************************************************

The purpose of this request for standing offer (RFSO) is to put one or more regional master standing offers (RMSO) in place for the procurement and delivery, as and when needed, of several disposable kitchen products and others.

This or these RMSO can be used by the designated users identified in this document, i.e. federal departments and agencies located in the Province of Quebec in accordance with the five (5) sectors below:

Sector 1: Montreal, St-Anne-de-Bellevue, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, Laval, Joliette, La Macaza
    Sector 2: Longueuil/St-Hubert, St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Farnham, Cowansville, Drummondville
Sector 3: Donnacona, Quebec, Valcartier, Levis
    Sector 4: Saguenay
    Sector 5: Port-Cartier

Only one (1) RMSO will be awarded per sector. It is also possible that one RMSO covers multiple sectors. So overall, we could award one or more RMSO in order to ensure supply to all users of the identified sectors based on the evaluation results.

The standing offer(s) resulting from this process will be in place from the award date to October 31st 2020 and will include an additional period of one (1) year that can be exercised as an option.

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from the issuance date of the standing offer to October 31st 2020.

If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional one (1) year period, from November 1st 2020 to October 31st 2021 under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer, or at the rates or prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer.

No minimum quantity is guaranteed and no minimum quantity per delivery will be accepted.
    Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
