Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for the Department of National Defence is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement and delivery of three (3) 3D scanner to take specific measurements of the various external and internal vehicle parts. This equipment will allow the manufacture of templates or specialized tools that can be easily inspected.

This requirement also includes an on-site training for the operation and use of the system.

Quantity : Three (3)

Delivery date: While the delivery is required by July 31st, 2019, we ask the supplier to confirm the best delivery date he can offer.

The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on mandatory technical AND financial criteria specified in this RFP (see Annex A-B-C).

All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for Standing Offer must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named in the Request for proposals.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in their official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
