The purpose of this amendment is as follows:

1. Extend the closing date of the Request for Proposal (RFP) to May 22,    2020.
2. Respond to questions received during the period of solicitation
3. Amend the RFP document

Due to the ongoing and evolving COVID-19 outbreak, The Bid Receiving Unit for the Quebec Region remains open, but with limited hours : Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm (eastern time). The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. As such, measures are being taken on site to encourage social distancing.

We strongly encourage suppliers to submit their bids electronically using E-post connect application. Instructions for using E-post are included in the solicitation document below.

Canada Boarder Services Agency (CBSA) wants to have dog cages custom made and installed in each of their two (2) Ford Transit vans. CBSA is responsible for the delivery/pick-up of the vehicles to and from the contractor’s place of business.

All the specifications are detailed in the request for proposal document.

All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for proposal must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named in the Request for proposal.   

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in their official languages.
