E6MON-210001/B - Kitchen Products


DESCRIPTION:

This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) involves the provision, on an "as and when" ordered basis of several disposable kitchen products and others.


IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS REGARDING OFFER SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are required to submit offers electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject Request for Standing Offer. This service allows suppliers to submit offers electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) offers will not be accepted for the subject Request for Standing Offer.

Given current circumstances and network limitations, some active procurements may be delayed. To stay up to date on the status of specific procurements, please consult Buysandsell.gc.ca.


IDENTIFIED USERS: 

The Identified Users authorized to make call-ups against the Standing Offer include any government department, agency or Crown Corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III, of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, c. F-11 in the province of Quebec. 


PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL: 

The proposed term of the request for standing offer is for one (1) year from the date of issue divided into two (2) periods of six (6) months each. PWGSC reserves the right de issue up to two (2) Regional Master Standing Offers (RMSO) per term should this be more advantageous for Canada.


EPOST CONNECT SERVICE:

This RFSO allows bid submission files electronically using epost Connect. Interested offerors must refer to Part 2 of the solicitation document in order to obtain the instructions on how to submit their bids electronically.


QUANTITIES: 

The estimated quantities for the items required can be found in Annex B - Basis of Payment - List of products.

All inquiries and other communications concerning this RFSO must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named in the RFSO.
