The purpose of this amendment is to correct the clause 1.1 "Security Requirements" of the solicitation document (English version only).

The Bidders must hold the required security clearance BEFORE CONTRACT AWARD, and not at bid closing date.

The solicitation period is extended until June 1st 2016, 2:00pm (EDT).

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W7701-166148/A dated April 8th 2016 with a closing of April 25th 2016 at 2:00pm (EDT). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on theprevious solicitation.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is issuing this Request for proposal (RFP) for boatswains services for Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) for Valcartier and Nicolet.

There are security requirements associated with this requirement. We encourage suppliers who do not have the required security clearance level to contact the Contracting Authority identified in the solicitation document as soon as possible to request their sponsorship necessary toobtain such security clearance.

Period of contract: From the contract award date to March 31st 2017 inclusive.
