PROJECT TITLE
Relative Navigation System Phase 0

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
With this Request for Proposals (RFP), Public Works and Government Services Canada plans to award one (1) contract to design a global relative navigation system based on the Space Station side for the Canadian Space Agency (CSA).

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
No security requirements apply to this Project.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
From the date of issue for a period of eight (8) months with a six (6) months option.

MANDATORY TECHNICAL CRITERION:
The mandatory technical criterion is described at the Attachment 1 to Part 4 of the Request for Proposals entitled: Evaluation Criteria for the Technical and Managerial bid.

MANDATORY FINANCIAL CRITERION:
The maximum amount of funding available for the contract will not exceed $405,000.00 all applicable taxes extra. Bids valued in excess of this amount will be considered non-responsive. This disclosure does not commit Canada to pay the maxium funding available.

BASIS OF PAYMENT:
Milestone payments and Progress Payments.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
The Intellectual Property will vest with the Crown.

CANADIAN CONTENT:
This requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

All specifications are detailed in the document entitled Request for Proposals (RFP).

This PWGSC office provides acquisition services to the public in both official languages.
