The work covered by this contract consists of rehabilitation and
reconstruction of water mains in the penitentiary complex
Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines. 


OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site.  The site visit will be held on July 16,
2014 at :30 am at the following address: Ste-Anne des Plaines
Institution, 244 Montée Gagnon, Ste-Anne-Des-Plaines, Québec, 

MANDATORY SPECIAL INSTRUCTION FOR THE OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
With respect to the visit by the bidders, each person wishing to
be present on the project site is required to submit to a
security check with Correctional Services Canada prior to the
visit, by completing the investigation form CSC-1279.(available
in the Invitation to tender form) Then, once the form is duly
completed by each person concerned, the form should be returned
to the following email address, 341-projets@csc-scc.gc.ca and
this, at least 48  hours prior to the site visit by the bidder. 

The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $1,000,000 -
$5,000,000..
