    The work set out in this bid submission concerns the upgrading and shortening of two pallet conveyers, and includes the mechanical and electrical work and the installation of new electronic equipment in the building mentioned above.
    
    The project’s core work includes: supplying the necessary labour, materials, tools and equipment to upgrade the two conveyers; removing a 50-foot section from each of the current conveyers; moving the electrical panel; and installing two scales, optical scanning systems and display screens, as described in the plans and specifications.
    
    There will be an OPTIONAL site visit on April 18, 2019 at 10:00 at 6363 Notre-Dame Street East, Montreal, Quebec H1N 3V9, Building L-020.
    
    Interested bidders must register 72 hours in advance by confirming their attendance by email at Mr. jonathan.girard jonathan.girard@forces.gc.ca. In this email, provide your full name, two (2) pieces of ID and employee proof and the name of the company represented. On the visit day at the gate, visitors are required to provide, two (2) pieces of identification, proof of employee and the signature of the Bidder's representative will be required on the attendance form.
