Janitoria Services Building. J-V Allard (Accommodation services - Lodging)

Requirement: To provide Janitorial Services including all labour, material and equipment for the St-Jean's Garrison (Rooms Area/ Hostelry) located in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu,(Quebec) Canada. The services must be provided in accordance with the Technical Specification attached at Annex "A"

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract for a 2 year period with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the Contract for an additional three (3) consecutive periods of one (1) year each.

There is an optional site visit associated with this requirement.  The visit is strongly recommended and will take place at a specific time indicated in the Tender documents.

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
than three (3) days before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will
attend.
