Intent Canada has a requirement for letters of interest from interested suppliers with the ability and availability to provide cleaning services at the temporary site intended for asylum seekers on behalf of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) at St-Bernard-de-Lacolle. The purpose of this posting is to identify possible suppliers that would be interested in obtaining a copy of future solicitation(s) relating to the type of services identified in the requirements described below. Canada may, at its discretion, decide to only contact or solicit bids from the suppliers that have responded to this LOI. A.1 Summary Description of Required Services Provide cleaning services required for a maximum of 101 rooms, giving a total of 201 beds distributed as follows: 98 rooms with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds), 1 reduced mobility room with 1 single bed and 2 isolation rooms with 2 single beds in each. The Contractor must be able to deal with a varied number of rooms and beds to clean according to the daily level of occupancy. However, this number will not exceed the maximum capacity of the winterized camp, 201 beds. A.2 Term of contract The contract is planned until March 31, 2018. However, the duration of the services could be extend up to nine (9) additional one (1) month periods under the same conditions. A designated organization screening (DOS) will be required.
