TITLE: 
Project to supply services for the 2017/2018 refection and installation of safety anchors of the roof at the John H. Chapman Space Centre, Longueuil, Quebec.

Invitation to tender to provide the necessary construction services to carry out the project to supply services for the refection and installation of safety anchors of the roof at the John H. Chapman Space Centre, Longueuil (QC) as per the Statement of Work.

The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on a financial analysis.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Except as otherwise specified, supply, deliver and install all materials necessary for project performance according to drawings and specifications. 

There is a site visit scheduled for this project.
Site Visit : There will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on January 18, 2017 at 10:00 am.  The meeting point will be at the main rotunda of the Canadian Space Agency, 6767 route de l'aéroport in Longueuil (St-Hubert), J3Y 8Y9.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE

- The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD

- INTEGRITY PROVISIONS:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currentlydirectors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to provide the names within the time-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals mentionedabove within a specified time frame. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or failure to cooperate to the verification process will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

The Contractor must, at the Contractor's expense, obtain and maintain insurance contracts in accordance with the requirements of the Certificate of Insurance. 

PERIOD OF WORK
The redevelopment work must be completed by October, 2017
