DESCRIPTION
Work concerning the present project will take place at the Drummond Institution in Drummondville, Quebec. 

This work includes the demolition and reconstruction of roofs in Drummondville in accordance with plans and specifications.

Excluded work :
? Temporary protection of ground and perimeter access to buildings
? Work inside buildings 
? Mecanical work
? electrical work

CALENDAR : The Construction period is estimated at a maximum of one hundred (100) WORKING days.

SITE VISIT : There will be a site visit on Tuesday, October 18th, 2016 at 10h00AM. Interested bidders are to meet at 2025 Boulevard Jean de Brébeuf, Drummondville, QC J2A 4G2, Canada.

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will be rejected.

To access the site, visitors MUST complete and send the Form 1279 (see Appendix "D") to Mr. Patrick Raymond patrick.raymond@csc-scc.gc.ca by 17 October 2016 at 2:00 p.m.


SECURITY REQUIREMENTS 
All employees of the Contractor or its subcontractors who will require access to CSC buildings must complete the Form 1279 found in Appendix "D". CSC reserves the right to refuse access to any of the supplier’s employees who do not meet the minimum standards of CSC security. No monetary compensation will be given to the supplier for employees denied access.
