Trade Agreement: NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: Inflatable Boat 3Y004-190079/B Tammy Kozak Telephone No. - (204) 807-0189 ( ) Fax No. - (204) 983-7796 ( ) Polar Knowledge Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a rigid hull inflatable boat, two 75HP outboard engines, and boat trailer, as detailed herein, for delivery to the Polar Continental Shelf Program in Ottawa, Ontario no later than June 25, 2019. This boat will be used in harbors and semi-open ocean areas to conduct marine research of various applications by POLAR field staff and accompanying field researchers. The proposed requirement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements: Agreement Between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
