    The proposed requirement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement: Sahtu Dene and Métis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement.
    
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the removal and disposal of Petroleum Hydrocarbon (PHC) impacted soils and arctic liner material at the former site of the Airside Land Treatment Unit (LTU) at the airport in Norman Wells, Northwest Territories.
    
    The Request For Proposal (RFP) is distributed to the EW479-162880 Hazardous Waste Disposal Services Supply Arrangement (SA) holders that are qualified for work in the Northwest Territories.  
    
    This requirement is open to the following companies who qualified under the stated stream and region:
    
    Aevita Inc. (EW479-162880/001/NCS)
    KBL Environmental Ltd. (EW479-162880/008/NCS)
    Northridge/Englobe (EW479-162880/021/NCS)
    
    The RFP document will be e-mailed directly, from the contracting officer, to the qualified supply arrangement holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.  Bidders are advised that buyandsell.gc.ca is not responsible for the distribution of the solicitation documents.
