The Canadian Coast Guard has a requirement to purchase clutch parts for the CCGS Terry Fox.

This is a no substitute requirement based on the note below.

Clutch Elements shall be Spiroflex (same as Original Equipment) with part numbers as indicated in the pricing table. These are the same Original Equipment (Clutch Elements) as installed on the vessel.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
