    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Standing Offer (SO) for an ‘’as and when required basis’’ supply, delivery and off-loading of Ration Heaters for individual meal packs (IMPs) for units belonging to the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) bases of the Department of National Defence.
    
    The delivery locations are Canadian Armed Forces bases located across Canada as defined in Annex "C" - Usage Reports Form for Standing Offer.
    
    The Standing Offer is for a period of 2 years with 3 one-year options.
    
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
