Requirement:

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the item below for trailers 66J - SMP:

NSN - NNO: 7310-21-8951460 - Burner Unit, Propane Field Range
Quantity:  600
Unit of issue:  each

The item must be in accordance with the DDL-8486-163229 dated on 16-03-07.

Delivery must be completed by March 31, 2017.

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

Delivery:

Delivery will be to the Department of National Defence, CF Supply Depot Montreal.

Evaluation Procedures:

Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial evaluation criteria.

Basis of Selection 

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Enquiries:

To assure a response before the closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the closing date.
