Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Requirement Canada has a requirement for assured access to a back-up supply of pandemic influenza vaccine from a pandemic ready influenza vaccine manufacturer. The potential supplier must have and maintain a state of pandemic readiness, and in theevent of a influenza pandemic, be able to produce and supply up to ten million doses of a monovalent influenza vaccine (inclusive of adjuvant if applicable) which demonstrates an acceptable level of immunogenicity in accordance with relevant World Health Organization (WHO) and European Medicines Agency (EMA) criteria for influenza vaccines. Contract Period From contract award up to March 31, 2020 with options to extend the contract to October 1, 2021. Inquiries regarding this RFP are tobe submitted to the contracting officer listed below. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
