Description:

This request for proposal (RFP) is for a minimum of 2,770,000
doses of trivalent annual influenza vaccine (item 1) and
2,200,000 doses of quadrivalent annual influenza vaccine (item
2). 

Up to a maximum of three (3) contracts will be awarded for
trivalent annual influenza vaccine (item 1) and up to a maximum
of two (2) contracts will be awarded for quadrivalent annual
influenza vaccine. Resulting contracts will be for a period of
one year plus two additional one-year option periods. 

Items:

Bidders must offer at least one of the following items:

Item 1: Trivalent Influenza Vaccine with an approved indication
of at least 18 years and older, as described in Annex A,
Requirement. 
Item 2: Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine aged 6 months and older,
as described in Annex A, Requirement.

Basis of Selection:

(a)	 To be declared responsive, a bid must: 
(i)	comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation;
(ii)	meet all mandatory criteria; and
(iii)	obtain a pass score for R1 in Attachment 1 to Part 4 for
the technical evaluation criteria which are subject to point
rating.
(b)	Bids not meeting (i) or (ii) or (iii) will be declared
non-responsive.
(c)	Recommendations for contract awards for Trivalent Influenza
Vaccine and Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine will be in accordance
with Part 4 - Evaluation Procedures and Basis of Selection. 

Delivery Date: 19/01/2015

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
