Trade Agreement: Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business (SPAB) Tendering Procedures: Qualified Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Project Description Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is converting the existing 1 Wellington Committee Rooms (CRs) for use by the Senate. The 1 Wellington CR Conversion project is to convert the existing space to the most current Senate requirements and to provide four (4) broadcasting CRs. PSPC has a requirement for supply, delivery and installation, where applicable, of the components listed in Attachment 1 to Annex A. All components are to be delivered to the 1 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario. The applicable responsibilities and deliverables related to installation will apply only to the items as indicated in the attachments. Security Requirements There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, Bidders should refer to the Industrial Security Program (ISP) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://ssi-iss.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/index-eng.html) website. Canadian Content The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services. Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. For more information on Aboriginal business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Aboriginal Business, see Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 1802 of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), AIT does not apply to this procurement. Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity The Federal Contractors Program (FCP) for employment equity applies to this procurement; see Part 5 - Certifications and Additional Information, Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses and the annex titled Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity - Certification. Delivery Date: 15/06/2018 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
