    Project Description:
    
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a project to fit-up meeting room spaces in downtown Ottawa for a client department
    
    Required Services:
    
    PSPC requires the services of a Contractor to supply, deliver and install, where applicable, the Meeting Tables and Storage Carts for 1 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
    
    Optional Services:
    
    In addition to the 1 Wellington furniture, PSPC may require the Contractor to provide optional services to supply, deliver and install, where applicable, similar Folding Meeting Tables and Storage Carts for the Victoria Building, located at 140 Wellington St, Ottawa ON.
    
    Schedule:
    
    There are 69 pieces of furniture to be delivered and installed, deficiency free, prior to September 1, 2019.
    
    There are 53 pieces of furniture if optional services are exercised to be delivered and installed, deficiency free during the year 2020.

    This procurement is set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set asides for small and minority businesses.
    
    Further to Article 1802 of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), AIT does not apply to this procurement.
    
    Basis of Selection: Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit and Price.
